We're excited to meet and work with you at our Fit Mom Basics Class on Saturday June 20, 2018 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am! If you have any questions please feel free to email In this class we will review the basics of training pre, during, and post pregnancy. Topics will include creating and maintaining core stability, preventing and caring for diastasis recti abdominus, and the importance of pelvic floor integrity. Information will be beneficial for all; especially if you struggle with back pain, incontinence, a weak core, or hip/ankle/knee pain.
