Join us at Griffin Fitness in Santa Maria as we review the basics of training pre, during, and post pregnancy. Topics will include creating and maintaining core stability, preventing and caring for diastasis recti abdominus, and the importance of pelvic floor integrity. Information will be beneficial for all; especially if you struggle with back pain, incontinence, a weak core, or hip/ankle/knee pain.
